Become a CargoLink Operator

CargoLink partners with independent truck owners and approved drivers across Grenada. This page guides you through our structured review and activation process so you know exactly what to expect before you go live.

Who This Page Is For

Owner-drivers who operate their own truck

Independent truck owners who may drive or appoint a driver

Operators who work with a separate approved driver

Specialized truck operators where applicable

This Operator Onboarding page is for independent professionals crossing the logistics sector in Grenada.

In some cases, the owner and driver may be the same person. In other cases, they are different people. Wherever it applies, both the owner and the main driver must be verified before you can complete onboarding.

Operator Onboarding FAQs

Who can apply as a CargoLink operator?

Owner-drivers, independent truck owners, and specialized operators who meet CargoLink’s basic eligibility, documentation, and service standards for Grenada.

Can the truck owner and driver be different people?

Yes. The owner and driver can be the same person or different people. Where they are different, both must be identified, verified, and authorized before onboarding is completed.

What happens after I submit my information?

CargoLink will review your details, request any missing information, and then invite you to complete in-person verification and truck inspection before final activation.

Will my truck be inspected before activation?

In most cases yes. CargoLink may inspect your truck, review its condition, and confirm that it matches the documents and service class you are applying for.

Do I need payout and bank verification details?

Yes. To protect you and your payouts, we require clear payout instructions and supporting bank-account ownership proof for the approved payee before we complete activation.

Do I need forms before going live?

You should review the relevant onboarding forms in advance so you understand the requirements. Some forms must be completed and acknowledged before you can start receiving bookings.

Forms You May Need

As part of onboarding, CargoLink may ask you to complete or review specific forms so that your records stay organized. These may include:
